General regulations for rendition of mountain guide services
1. If the tour is cancelled by mountain guide, the full amount of money already paid by client will be returned.
2. The booking of tour or program is made if at least 50 % of tariff or agreed price
will be paid.
3. If client doesn't meet a mountain guide or the tour is canceled due to inability of client
to begin already booked tour, the client has to pay 50% of the tariff.
4. At the beginning of the tour the client has to inform mountain guide about his health
condition, which can influenced the tour (heart, epilepsie, asthma etc.).
5. If mountain guide interrupts the trip due to bad weather, client's wish or inability,
the tariff will remain the same.
6. If the already booked tour is canceled by client in time i.e. in 24 hours, client has to pay
20 % of the tariff.
If is in time canceled already booked more days running program, client has to pay 30 % from agreed price.
7. If the tour cannot be began or to continue based on client's requirement or due to
inability of client, the charge will be base rate per hour. If time of waiting lasts over
four hours, charge will be minimal daily tariff.
8. The tariff does not include costs of transport, accommodation and food in the refuge of
mountain guide during the trip or program and cost of teleferics and lifts.
Client will be charged for all this expenses.
9. If transport of guide is organised by client, every day of travel from guide’s seat to area of tour ,
client will pay half of minimal daily tariff.
Also every day of return from tour area to guide’s seat will be payd half of minimal daily tariff.
10. If transport manage guide himself , client will pay guide’s travelling costs under the relevant rule. |
